Why are we different?
Written by admin
Wed 03rd Jan 2007
The ARAA was founded to provide a specific and useful resource for information, networking, and support for Companies and workers who use on-the-job rope access techniques
The society is built from a strong framework of rope-access system users. The ARAA is committed to developing safe, practical industry standards
Members enjoy the security that comes from using an industry-consensus standard for rope-access techniques as the baseline from which to form an authorised body of written work
Further documents on training and equipment are in process, and all members of ARAA are able to participate in the development of these standards. ARAA has established a working dialogue with OSHA in order to integrate rope access standards into the regulatory system
Members are able to enjoy the benefits and support of an Australian Association
Members are able to enjoy the benefits of being linked to the association. Property Managers are seeking Companies that are ARAA members and we are constantly working to educate others about our services and the benefits of hiring companies that abide by a code of practice
